The area of research and development<\/strong> is the first pulsing heart of our reality: without the knowledge and continuous updating of the materials and the productive methods none of our projects and products could take shape. We manage and organise the activities of r&s with the object of satisfying the three fundamental requirements: quality, time and cost. For a planning of functional project we have developed a method of work organised into 3 preliminary phases closely tied to eachother.<\/p>\n

  1. The production of the idea and of the concept of the product.<\/strong> When we speak of \u201cthe idea of a product\u201d we are refering to the essential characteristics that the product should have, implementing the advantages that the product itself will bring to the performance of the horse\/rider. In the initial phase with the term \u201cconcept of product\u201d, we do not mean a new technological approach, more however a new way to satisfy the needs of the clients, or the possibility of satisfying new.<\/li>\n
  2. The base or preliminary research.<\/strong> The analysis of the benefits of the horse and rider can lead to the development of the concept of the product. Which needs can satisfy? Which problems to resolve? Which competitive advantages does it offer? Which benefits are aimed at the well-being of the horse and rider? How can we improve the athletic performance?<\/li>\n
  3. Industrial research.<\/strong> Only once our ideas are validated do we begin the procedure of industrial research, applying ourselves in the study and the analysis of the best materials and best productive procedures for the creation of the product and to finally optimise the productive procedures to obtain the 3 fundamental requirements: quality, time and cost.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
